“When we purchased our 1912 farm house, the inspector passed the electrical based on being "grandfathered" but told us it was a mess and should be cleaned up. Inland-Marine performed an evaluation and came up with a plan. He straightened out the 3 main breaker boxes; rerouting the wiring correctly, tightening connectors and replacing old weak breakers. He then checked all outlets for proper grounding; several older outlets only had two wires so he had to add a ground. He did this with respect to the old house not damaging the walls or trim. He added several outlets including a 220V in our garage to charge our Teslas. He also inspected our out buildings. All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Inland-Marine's rates are reasonable and all costs are disclosed in advance. I will continue to use Jim for all our electrical needs.”
